Cities have two options. In the first option, we offer our platform completely for free to our City Partners, forever. Applicants pay us a small prescreening fee in addition to any city-required permit fees. In the second option, cities take on some of the burden of cost from the applicants. We work with each of our City Partners to come up with the pricing model that best suits their needs and preferences.
